Hey there!
My name is Michelle Dooley.  However, we're friends.  Call me Dooley.  I'm a healthy life designer.   To quote Jim Henson, "I want to leave the world a little bit better than when I got here."  Actually, I want to leave it a little more silly, fun, and sparkly!

​I've learned that when it comes to living a healthy lifestyle, most people know what to do.  However, they just don't do it consistently.  If life was a sports game, then I'd say that people sometimes forget the fundamentals on game day.

​I come to you today as your health "coach".  I'll remind you of what you already know, and help you do it consistently!  We'll put the "FUN" back into FUNdamentals, so you can win 
your healthiest game of life! 

​In the process, we'll add a touch of S.P.A.R.K.L.E. (Simple Programs And Recipes to Keep Living Energetically), so you can S.H.I.N.E.!!!

Professional Bio

Dooley is certified by the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA) in group fitness and personal training.  Additional certifications include Les Mills BODYPUMP , OTFit,  Healthy Moms® Advanced Perinatal Fitness and more.  She currently teaches classes at Orangetheory Fitness..  She is also a Certified Holistic Health Coach through the  Institute for Integrative Nutrition.  In addition to her expertise, Dooley brings her clients and followers her energetic personality and passion for making exercise & clean eating fun, so that it can become a part of a healthy sustainable lifestyle.
