Banana Oat Protein Muffins
I've been working on the right muffin recipe with NO wheat flour and NO processed sugar, but packed with so much nutrition and tastes great! You're welcome!!! This one rocks! Minimal clean quality ingredients with maximum taste! Enjoy!!! This is perfect for the whole family and is MJ and daddy approved too!!!
Ingredients:
- 2 mashed ripe banana
- 1 cup organic plain whole milk yogurt
- 2 egg
- 2 cup ground rolled oats (Grind the oats in a blender or buy oat flour)
- 2 scoops IsaLean Shake (I used Pumpkin Spice...I mean, it's fall y'all!)
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips + a few extra to sprinkle on top
Directions:
Makes 12 muffins
1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F
2. In a small bowl, mix all ingredients together, except chocolate chips until well blended. Stir in chocolate chips.
3. Spray non-stick spray in muffin liners. Dispense batter into 12 muffin liners
4. Bake for 15 minutes (use tooth pick to verify)
