Individual Coaching

Individual Coaching

Sessions: Each sessions will focus on you.  We will put together a healthy "game plan" to meet your needs and concerns.  Whether your goals are weight loss, energy, performance, healthy aging, or stress reduction, we have a solution for you.  
​Sessions occur via phone, Zoom, skype, in-person (tbd.)

For new clients: let's set up a FREE 50-minute consultation and Health History.
This is a great way for us to get to know each other and see if we're a mutual match for success.
You’ll fill out a “Health History Form” located on site (or can be sent via email).

Health History Form (Women)

Individual Sessions

​Individual Sessions are priced at $100/50 min session. There is no designed format—sessions will be tailored to your specific concerns.  Individual sessions are great for those in need of minimal health guidance or simple solutions to a particular point of focus.

Monthly Package

Monthly package are priced at $200. Package includes: Two (2) 50 min sessions.
  1. Two 50-minute appointments each month, which will include a discussion of your progress, recommendations, and a full set of notes.
  2. Unlimited text and email communication.  I will respond to all correspondence within 24 hours.
  3. A variety of handouts, recipes, meal plans, food samples, and other materials.
  4. An invitation for self and guests to attend special events.
